    This allows me to power a device like a CF/IDE or other device from older style power connector.

    4 Pin Molex To 3.5" Floppy Drive FDD Internal Power Cable 7"

    They are cables. I plugged them in they powered up the drive. Good cable. Bought for spares but managed to destroy one I was already using.
