Remute² Intreactive Music Album For Amiga CD32/A1200/A4000

$36.50

Remute² - Interactive Music Album For Amiga CD32/A1200/A4000

Being a trailblazer for cartridge based music albums for game consoles like SNES, Gameboy or Genesis, the electro-pop musician Remute returns this year with a quite extraordinary release even by his standards: Remute² is his first album for the legendary Commodore Amiga! The cult home computer of the late 80s kick started the term 'multimedia' and flabbergasted users with awesome graphic and punchy sound capabilities way ahead of their time. Many early acid-house, techno and rave artists and even contemporary musicians used an Amiga to record their music and spice things up with that special crunchy sound. But Remute, as usual, takes it one step further: Remute² is an album composed and designed to run on actual Amiga computers and generates its music and visuals in real time creating a multi sensory retro feast par excellence. Just in time for Amiga's 40th anniversary!

So boot up your Amiga and enjoy Remute's authentic blend of catchy, somehow slightly gothic, electro-pop anthems like 'Realm Of Desperation' and 14 other songs  ranging from ecstatic french house bangers, industrial techno cuts and deep ambient journeys - all made possible by the extremely versatile soundchip of the Amiga called Paula...
Are you keeping up with the Commodore? With Remute² you will indeed. You will keep up with your... Commodore Amiga!

For this album Remute cooperated with the Finnish artist Greippi, who is well-known for his fascinating works for the Amiga amongst the global demoscene - a digital subculture added to the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.

Remute² runs on Amiga CD32 (recommended!) and Amiga 1200 & Amiga 4000 with CD-ROM drives. Of course the album runs also on all common Amiga emulators. But running it on your real home computer is the real deal and 1337.
